You agree to use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and activities.
New accounts include a free 3-day trial. After that, a subscription is arranged directly with us — there is no purchase or upgrade inside the app. Terms are agreed per shop and may be a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime licence, with or without a one-time setup fee.
Subscription payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption. If a subscription lapses, access continues for a short grace period before the account is locked; your data is retained and becomes available again once the subscription is renewed.
All business data belongs to you. We only process it for system functionality.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Accounts violating terms may be suspended or terminated.
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued usage means acceptance.
